| Henning Kagermann is Chief Executive Officer and chairman of the Executive Board of SAP AG since May 2003. Mr. Kagermann received a doctorate degree in theoretical physics in 1975 from the Technical University of Brunswick, Germany, and was promoted to professor in 1985. Kagermann also received an honorary doctorate from the University of Magdeburg, Germany. He joined SAP in 1982.
