| Michael Klein is Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Citi Markets & Banking (CMB), with primary responsibilities for corporate client coverage and Global Transaction Services across Citi. Specifically, the Investment Bank, the Corporate Bank, and Commercial Bank come under his leadership.
Mr. Klein is a member of the Business Heads Group, Operating Committee, and Management Committee of Citi, and he also Co-chairs the Planning Group of Citi Markets & Banking. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of Citi International PLC. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Global Banking, a position he held since the Group’s inception in February 2004.
