| Peter A. Darbee is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PG&E Corporation. Mr. Darbee joined PG&E in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Darbee has a BA in economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from the Amos Tuck School of business at Dartmouth. He has also completed the Nuclear Reactor Technology Program at MIT.
