| Anne Lauvergeon CEO of Areva. She has had a variety of positions in private business and civil service. From 1990 to 1995, she worked for the French Presidency, notably as Deputy Chief of its Staff. In June 1999, she became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of COGEMA. Since July 2001, she is CEO of AREVA.
Anne Lauvergeon is a graduate from the French National School of Mine Engineering (École des Mines) and the Ècole Normale Supérieure, and holds a degree in physics.
