3C Co-organize World Business Summit on Climate Change

3C is one of the six leading business initiatives on climate change that are jointly organizing the World Business Summit on Climate Change that opened in Copenhagen today.

With six months to go until the UN Climate Change Conference (COP15) in Copenhagen, The World Business Summit on Climate Change convenes to mobilize business sector engagement on climate change. About 700 international business executives and business representatives will meet with politicians and policy makers to discuss effective responses and policy frame works that will help to safeguard our planet and the global economy. During the event 3C will host focused workshops on Technology push and Energy Efficency. and several CEO:s of the 3C companies will particpate in different interactive plenary debates The organizers include: Copenhagen Climate Council, The Climate Group, World Economic Forum – The Climate Change Initiative, UN Global Compact, World Business Council On Sustainable Development and 3C.
